Thái hạt lựu thịt nạc, ướp hành tỏi băm nhỏ, hạt nêm và nước mắm. Để gia vị ngấm vào thịt (tầm 30 phút) rồi tao thịt, đảo đều tay.
Trứng đập ra, khuấy đều rồi dàn mỏng chiên, sau đó thái nhỏ. Làm sạch cà rốt và đậu ve, thái hạt lựu rồi luộc trong nước sôi.
Rửa tay qua nước rồi bóp vụn cơm nguội cho khỏi dính. Sau đó chiên sơ với hành tỏi bắm. Đợi cơm vàng và các hạt cơm đã rời nhau, cho thịt, đậu ve cà rốt và trứng đã chế biên vào rồi đảo đều, nêm nếm gia vị.
Hoàn thành rồi. Món cơm này mà ăn kèm với dưa leo, cà chua lát hay rau sống thì số dách luôn. Nhớ giã thêm một chén mắm ăn kèm nha!
