Bông cải xanh cắt miếng vừa ăn, đem đi rửa sạch và để ráo nước. Củ cải đỏ (củ cải đường) rửa sạch, giữ nguyên vỏ và xắt lát mỏng. Cà rốt gọt vỏ, xắt sợi dài khoảng 3cm.
Nước sốt: cho 30ml dầu mè, 40ml giấm, 30ml dầu ăn, 30ml nước tương, 40ml mật ong, tỏi đậo dập, gừng băm, 1/2 muỗng ớt bột vào tô nhỏ, khuấy đều lên. Đun sôi nồi nước, cho bông cải xanh vào luộc 2 phút rồi vớt ra thau nước lạnh và lấy ra để ráo. Cho bông cải, cà rốt, củ cải đỏ vào tô lớn, rưới sốt lên và trộn đều. Sau đó, rắc hạnh nhân lên trên và thưởng thức thôi nè. Có thể cho vào tủ lạnh để 30 phút đến 1 giờ để ăn nha.
