Trộn đều bột gạo, bột mì, bột nếp, đường, muối, bột nghệ trong tô
Hoà từ từ 330ml nước vào trộn đều cho đến khi hỗn hợp bột hoà quyện. Hỗn hợp bột sẽ hơi lỏng
Đậy kín tô bột và để ở nơi ấm ủ 3 tiếng
Bột ủ xong cho mật ong và mè vào khuấy đều
Chuối cắt làm đôi theo chiều dọc rồi ép sao cho có độ dày khoảng nửa cm là được
Cho chuối vào hỗn hợp bột cho bám đều bột. Chuẩn bị chảo dầu sôi già. Cho chuối vào chảo tầm 10 giây rồi lấy ra nhúng bột. Lặp lại 2 lần, số lần nhúng bột là 3 lần
Khi chiên lật chuối liên tục để chuối phồng nhanh, vàng đều và không bị cứng. Khi chuối đã chín vàng để ra giá cho ráo dầu
